Together at Christmas

This year's line up includes Alice Beer, Tim Downie, the London Show Choir, The Toffee Bear Choir, The Tootsie Rollers and Christina Johnston, with more performers to be announced soon.
Ticket types and fees
- All tickets include a £1 processing fee.
- Adult, Child, Concession and Family tickets are available.
- Please provide one name for the Family ticket.
- Free tickets are available for children under 3 years old but must be registered via email at specialevents@sickchildrenstrust.org.
Remember the night with a handmade Christmas decoration
Gold heart-embedded, uniquely crafted, 6x6 cm clay hanging houses are available for:
- £5 each
- £12 for a pack of three.
Simply add them to your order and collect them at our merchandise table on the event night.
This gift will help us to keep families together over the festive period.
Can't attend?
Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred with at least three days' notice. If you are unable to attend, we can post your hanging house(s) to you for a donation of £1.83 to cover postage, packaging, and handling. This can not be guaranteed to arrive prior to Christmas. Please contact our team via specialevents@sickchildrenstrust.org for further information.

Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred with at least three days' notice. There will be a photographer at this event. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to The Sick Children’s Trust (and their authorised partners) using images and video footage taken at the Together at Christmas Carol Service on 4 December 2024, for any purpose, and in any way, that assists The Sick Children’s Trust’s work including for fundraising and communications purposes. The Sick Children’s Trust may use, reproduce, store and distribute all or any part of these on any traditional or electronic media format including social media. By purchasing a ticket, you understand that any images, footage and personal details will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act. If you do not consent to this, please contact The Sick Children’s Trust in advance of the event. Hanging houses must be collected at 'Together at Christmas'. If you are unable to attend, we can post them to you but this will incur a postage and handling charge and can not be guaranteed to arrive prior to Christmas.
FAQs
Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?
This is a family friendly event. Please note that alcohol will be served during the reception.
What is my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The venue has no dedicated parking. The church is very close to Baker Street or Regent’s Park underground stations.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You will receive a link to your e-ticket/s with your confirmation email. You do not need to bring these with you as we will have a register of all the attendee names.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the event is accessible. Please get in touch if you have any access requirements by emailing specialevents@sickchildrenstrust.org
What's the refund policy? Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Due to the nature of the event, tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred with at least three days' notice.
